• Maintain customer prints
• Assist customers in analyzing and resolving complex broaching issues.

Our Engineering team consists of individual experience ranges from, 5 to 46 years, with design capabilities in the following industries (but not limited to): Aerospace, Agricultural, Automotive, and Defense. The latest version of AutoCAD is currently the engineering design software being used.

Tool Re-Conditioning

The Re-Working process consists of either Re-sharpening or Re-conditioning worn tools. Re-sharpening the gullet faces returns the tool to a workable condition and is frequently the only requirement. Re-conditioning consists of re-tapering the tool and backing-off tooth lands to restore the uniform taper and clearance after multiple sharpen.
